Helen Mountain:  Of Counsel.  Helen concentrates her practice on representing companies in corporate and business law counseling, securities law matters, renewable energy transactions, and corporate and financing transactions.  Helen has experience representing clients in areas such as private placements of securities, executive compensation, corporate governance, insider trading and ownership reporting, securities law reporting and public disclosures, and complex corporate transactions, including mergers, stock acquisitions, asset sales, recapitalizations and reorganizations.

Prior to joining MillCrest Law, Helen practiced with Blank Rome LLP, where she was a member of the Public Companies and Capital Formation Practice Group, and Duane Morris LLP.  Helen is a 2000 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and a 1997 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.  Helen is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.
